Returns Policy

What can be returned?
Most Items can be returned if unused and in original packaging. Items must be returned in a resell-able condition.

Electrical Items such as testers and modules cannot be returned. 

If you receive an item that is faulty, under most circumstances your purchase will be covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Items Received Damaged

All damaged claims must be recieved with in 24 hours of receipt of goods. Any claims after this period will not be considered or approved.

If you receive a damaged item, please mark consignment note " Damaged" and give signed consignment note to delivery driver.

Please provide clear photos of the damages and packaging. 

Please contact us on email cs@australianonlinecarparts.com.au with the Subject marked " DAMAGE CLAIM" and as many details about the damage as possible.

When do items need to be returned by?

Must be returned within 30 days of sale date.

How do customers return items?
For return approvals, please contact us for a return authority number at cs@australianonlinecarparts.com.au
Goods returned without a return authority number will not be accepted.

Where do items need to be returned to?

A return Authority Approval # obtialed by contacting us at cs@australianonlinecarparts.com.au

Return Postage costs will be the responsibility of customer unless authorized by Australian Online Tools.

Shipping for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable for change of mind returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Credit for returns?
Customer will only be refunded by the same method of payment.

Packing materials?
Items must be in original unopened packaging or the return may not be approved.
